  1. MEETING AND WELCOMING
    We would like to thank you for coming in! We know that you have many choices! Our sales process will be informative, relaxed and enjoyable without pressure.
  2. COUNSELING
    We would like to invite you to sit down with us and have a coffee. Get to know us. More importantly, this is the opportunity for us to get to know you and understand exactly what’s important to you in a newer vehicle. We can also provide you with detailed information about the vehicle you’re interested in. We can also begin the process of professional appraising your vehicle if you would like to trade it in.
  3. VEHICLE SELECTION
    We can help you select a vehicle from out inventory of from any one of the dozens of vehicles currently en route to our dealership.
  4. VEHICLE PRESENTATION
    Allow us to share with you the many features, benefits and advantages of your selected vehicle up close. We will also make available to you ‐‐‐ the vehicle history report, CarProof, and the availability of books, spare keys, remotes and floor mats.
  5. VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION DRIVE
    Experience and evaluate the vehicle for yourself through a test drive! We will provide you with a proper orientation of the vehicle so that you are absolutely comfortable operating it.
  6. PURCHASE CONSULTATION AND PROPOSAL
    If you find a vehicle that you’re interested in, we will take the time to review pricing information, all available payment options and answer all of your questions. We can also provide you with a market or bank value on your vehicle if you wish to trade it in. We will provide you with all of the information you need in order to make an informed and comfortable decision.
  7. VEHICLE PURCHASE
    If you decide that you have found the right vehicle – CONGRATULATIONS! We have an on‐site Financial Services Manager that represents several chartered banks and arranges vehicles loans on the spot. Loans can often be arranged with hours and your new vehicle can be ready for pick‐ up in 1‐2 days. Credit insurance for your vehicle loan, extended warranties and vehicle rust protection are also available.
  8. SERVICE DEPARTMENT WALK THROUGH
    Inspect our Service Department and meet our Service Manager and Technicians – the men and women that prepare and care for your vehicle.
