Little did I know that when the guy from the dealership down the road said don't stop at Canadian Auto Associates because they only have "American" cars that in a little less than 10 months I would have bought three from you! I suppose I should thank him for challenging me!
Anyhow this email isn't about that, it's about thanking you, Deb and Hugh (not to exclude the rest of the team) for helping me with purchase of three cars. Of course the last car I purchased from you was the result of an accident, in which the second car I purchased from you was written off! The sense of concern you showed, not only when you gave me an exceptional price, but in all the aspects of the transaction was notable! Thanks!
I also want to point out that although I haven't had many issues with any of the cars I've purchased, there was the odd thing with the Roadster. (My first purchase from you) It's important to note that Hugh and his boss "stepped up to the plate" immediately and rectified everything I had concerns about, with out so much as a comment...talk about after sales service!
Anyhow, I've gone on long enough! Thanks so much for you efforts, and you have a loyal customer in me!!
